As a courtesy to the artist, we ask you to please agree, for a period of five (5) years from the date of this invoice, not to put this work into auction, and not to sell the work to anyone without first offering Paula Cooper Gallery the right of first refusal on the same terms and conditions as any bona fide offer you receive.

After a resale is completed pursuant to these terms, to document provenance, you will make a good faith effort to notify the artist studio to identify details about the new owner
