Freeman's | Hindman: Prints and Multiples

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Freeman’s Hindman Conditions of Sale (the “Freeman’s Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Freeman's | Hindman: Prints and Multiples through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Freeman’s Terms, the Freeman’s Terms will prevail.

Freeman’s Terms Exclusions:

• The following portions of Section B (Registering to Bid) are excluded in their entirety:
  • Section B(2) (New Bidders)
  • Section B(3) (Returning Bidders)
  • Section B(4) (Bidding For Another Person)
  • Section B(5) (Bidding In The Saleroom)
  • Section B(6)(a) (Phone Bids)
  • Section B(6)(c) (Written Bids)
  • Section B(7) (Credit Card Authorization Hold)
• Section B(6)(b) (Internet Bidding) applies only with respect to internet bidding through Artsy and excludes all other third party bidding platforms and Freeman’s bidding platform.
• Section C(1)(c) (Timed Auctions) is excluded in its entirety.
• You will be considered a “registered bidder” under the Freeman’s Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the auction. As such, you will not be required to register separately for a Freeman’s account to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the exclusions above, you may be required to complete some or all of Freeman’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
